任職要求:
1. 醫(yī)學(xué),藥學(xué),護理,市場營銷等相關(guān)專業(yè),大專及以上學(xué)歷。
2. 普通話標準,親和力、溝通能力強。
3. 有醫(yī)藥學(xué)術(shù)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;

新媒體運營經(jīng)理
1.根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展目標,有醫(yī)療行業(yè)新媒體、自媒體運營項目的和推廣經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
2.開展運營項目的推廣工作,實現(xiàn)自媒體流量和用戶量的上升(非百度競價方式,各種自媒體、新媒體渠道 有第三方高權(quán)重運營資源);
3.根據(jù)用戶需求調(diào)整新媒體、自媒體各級欄目建設(shè),開發(fā)潛在目標市場和用戶群體;
4.不斷完善自媒體功能和版面,優(yōu)化自媒體用戶體驗,提高用戶滿意度,提高用戶粘性和會員活躍度;
5.負責與相關(guān)自媒體,機構(gòu)在營銷和推廣方面的合作,熟悉自媒體的成本控制及營銷手段,建立自媒體品牌知名度;
6.負責自媒體運營狀態(tài)監(jiān)控、運營數(shù)據(jù)分析、自媒體用戶行為分析,需求分析和競爭對手自媒體分析,及時了解業(yè)界發(fā)展趨勢,為決策提供依據(jù)。
任職要求:
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷,有營銷策劃能力和營銷策劃的新媒體執(zhí)行能力;
2、擁有較強的文字功底,對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)文化敏感,能夠準確把握受眾的心態(tài),能撰寫出有噱頭、有質(zhì)量、符合市場需要的軟文;;
